Wow! Just want to say how easy, simple, and quite perfect my experience was with my Carter’s online order. Ordered sunflower bouquet for my mom who lives in Gulfport - they are gorgeous, but more importantly, the entire experience was efficient and professional... just what I needed. Communication (via email) included a picture and all the delivery details. Worth every penny. Thank you, Carter’s! Will order again!!

Ordered online. It was very easy and quick with excellent buying options. they offer pick-up or delivery. I selected delivery. The product, roses, were beautiful and fresh. What an excellent, reasonable way to have flowers delivered to somebody away from you during these uncertain times. Will never order and buy flowers from anywhere else.

Outstanding service

Carters did an arrangement for us for a memorial service and it was absolutely beautiful! Ann talked with me and described options for arrangements and what flowers they could include. She was extremely helpful.
When we arrived at the chapel and saw our flowers, we were very pleased. We’ll surely use Carters again.

Great Customer Service with Same Day Delivery

I live outside of the St. Petersburg area and needed to place a same-day birthday delivery order on a Monday morning after being out of town and unable to place the order earlier. The Carter's team made it happen. My daughter received her order the same day as requested. Thanks so much. I will be using Carter's again for the next delivery.
