Tom Osterloth, Assistant Operations Manager, has been a member of the Carter’s Team since 2001. Born in California and raised in Montana, Tom has lived in St. Petersburg since 1996. As a former Navy sailor he has traveled around the world. Tom enjoys the daily interaction with customers, the challenge of large venue installations, special events and weddings. He is a talented builder, currently constructing a greenhouse for his beloved orchids. Reading and caring for his two children and wife keep him a busy man!
