Terry Hagstrom, President, has resided in St. Petersburg since 1993 when he purchased Carter’s Florist from Robert Carter. Previously residing in New Jersey and utilizing his experiences of operating his computer services company, he has employed many technology advances at Carter’s. He enjoys the satisfaction of helping a customer express their feelings and sentiments with Carter’s florals and giftware. Terry shares a home with his partner Rod.
