I worked with Terry on flowers for a destination wedding. He was very patient, kind, and a joy to work with over the phone. Carter's definitely exceeded my expectations. The flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS and I could not have been happier!

Last month I ordered a floral arrangement from Carter's for my sister in St. Pete. It was gorgeous! I placed my order by phone from here in Chicago and must say that their customer service is the best I've experienced anywhere in many years... helpful, kind, courteous. The flowers were exactly what I ordered and my sister loved them. I cannot recommend Carters more highly! You're the BEST!

On March 29, 2021 we celebrated my father's 73rd birthday and Carter's delivered an amazingly stunning long stemmed yellow roses with purple accents, and my dad was almost in tears. I absolutely loved the arrangement and will add this birthday to the one where the flowers were the talk of the celebration. Well done Carter's!

I ordered the bouquet/balloons for a dear employee of 13+ yrs of service to our company moving out of state so we wanted it to be very special and amazing. I spoke to TJ and chose a bouquet from online catalog with some special modifications & requests to personalize because she LOVES pink & music and WOW did they deliver!!! She was absolutely thrilled upon delivery to receive it and has shared pics of it with so many people and said "It's the MOST BEAUTIFUL BOUQUET I have ever seen or received!!!" Being out of state , it was nice talking to Terry and knowing what exact flowers will be used in the centerpiece. He did an excellent job explaining what the arrangement would look like. My sister in law loved the flowers and she was called ahead a time to let your know about the delivery.

I live in Ohio. My daughter lives in St. Petersburg. She has been working on her Master's program for the past couple years and just completed the program. I wanted to recognize her hard work. I stumbled across Carter's Florist online. I loved the uniqueness of the designs AND she had wine/champagne for a celebration. It was a wonderful surprise for my daughter.
