I live out of state and wanted to send birthday flowers to a friend. They made it really easy to order online and sent me a confirmation email - with the name of who signed for the flowers once they arrived. The display they put together looked even better than the one I saw online. I, as well as my friend were impressed.
I give Carter's Florist 5 stars for the service they provide.

I live in Atlanta and my Mother has lived in St Pete for 15 years. Consequently, I have been ordering flowers from Carter’s for several years. I keep coming back, because they do a great job and I can count on a beautiful arrangement every time. I call and ask what’s fresh and pretty, and know they will send out what they describe. I highly recommend.

Ordered an arrangement for my daughter's Birthday. Rod was very helpful. The flowers were delivered early as requested and my daughter was surprised!!! She loved the flowers!!!
