I ordered flowers today online through the Carter's website and used the customize your order tab. I gave Carter's a brief description of my friend, her likes and dislikes, and they created an arrangement for her. I was pleasantly surprised with their creation. They did an absolutely wonderful job! Thanks again!!

Once Again

Once again you all came through! She was utterly surprised. The driver had set the flowers where she couldn't see them. When she answered the door she didn't notice the Carter's van and he said he had a delivery for her and reached to the side and picked them up. That is exactly what I was looking for - shock and awe!! Thanks again for the great service Terry!

Placed an order online well in advance (16 days) of the delivery date, and I picked to upgrade the arrangement as well. The delivery instructions were followed and before I knew it I had made someone's day. There was no trouble at all. Thank you Carter's for the beautiful arrangement that left the recipient stunned!

Exquisite!!!!

I called from out of town because I have had bad experiences with some of the "800" flower places and Carter's did an amazing job. Not only were they helpful and pleasant on the phone, but the follow up and quick delivery with confirmation was wonderful. My friend who received the flowers said they were "Exquisite.....big and beautiful!"

My friends just moved to St. Pete from Nashville. Their friends in Tennessee wanted to send them something to let them know they were not forgotten. Terry was great in assisting me over the phone pick something appropriate and beautiful. My friends LOVED it.

I live in Alabama and my girlfriend works in St. Petersburg and I am always looking for some site or company to send her flowers on her bad days at work. I found this company online and decided to use them. I have to admit it is always a risk using someone you don't know, but this company has gone above and beyond my expectations! They even sent me a picture of the flowers they sent! AMAZING! The whole process was very simple, and easy to set up. I will most definitely be using them again!

They saved the day and am so grateful all around for a husband that is not here and his wife's Birthday is today.Not only did they get the delivery out within 2 hrs of the phone call and received the confirmation before closing. A lesson to learn call the local florist in that area and deal with them directly.This florist that I dealt with first forget it where I live and they know it now. Great people to talk to on the phone.Thank you guys what wonderful service.
